Skin Love Booking Policy
By booking an appointment at Skin Love, you agree to the following policies. Please note the following cancellation policies are set in place to ensure our day runs smoothly and your treatment is carefully prepared for you. We employ the very best therapists, and we invest a great deal in enhancing their education and training. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate that a $40 deposit is required to secure all facial bookings. The $40 booking fee will be applied to your account as credit and will roll onto your next appointment. Other services will require a different deposit amount.
We are located at Shop 9, Capitol Arcade, 81 Argyle Street, Camden NSW 2570. Best parking is in Larkin Place.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Shows:
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time slot to another client. By providing this notice, your deposit will be held for your next booking.
Less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, resulting in a new one needing to be paid to make your next booking. Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as possible during each business day and ensure that everyone has a sufficient opportunity to be seen by our therapists. Helping us by providing this courtesy, will allow us to better serve you during your sessions.
Unlike other clinics and service providing establishments, we never like to keep our clients waiting. Our regular clients have come to appreciate this benchmark level of service, and in return they respect the consequences if they are late for an appointment as well. This means that these standards of time management must be adhered to:
All treatments will conclude at the scheduled appointment time.
If a client runs late for their appointment one of two things will happen:
- If the client is not too late, the treatment will be cut down in order to conclude at the scheduled time. No discount is given.
- If the client is so late that the appointment cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled conclusion time, the appointment is then cancelled and rebooked for a future date. The client’s $40 booking deposit will be used as a cancellation fee and they will be required to pay another booking deposit when rescheduling.
Illnesses and More:
Please note, the following illness policy is set in place for your own and our staff's health and safety. The below are still subject to our cancellation policy.
Please reschedule your appointment if you have a present cold sore. We can not, and will not, perform any treatments that involve touching the mouth or lip area whilst a cold sore is present. If you come to an appointment with a cold sore present you will be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited, resulting in a new one needing to be paid to make your next booking.
Cold / Flu:
Please reschedule your appointment if you have any flu-like symptoms. We will not perform any treatments if any flu-like symptoms are shown. If you come to an appointment with flu-like symptoms you will be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited, resulting in a new one needing to be paid to make your next booking.
Botox / Fillers:
Please reschedule your appointment if you have had any botox within the last 2 weeks, or filler within the last 4-6 weeks. We will not be liable for any movement of injectables and will not perform any treatments within these time frames.
